Happy Spring!

It’s been too long since I posted a letter here, so today I’m taking the time to do it. Also, I wanted to post this picture of some of the tulips coming up at my house. These are at the base of one of the apple trees—we have four. Anyone want apples??

It was a long winter, but I really loved it. This California girl is still getting used to having four seasons and an actual winter. Growing up, my winter jacket was a sweatshirt and flip-flops worked all year round. Still, there’s something so right about watching the change of seasons. It makes you feel more connected somehow. Plus, there’s nothing better than a cold, cloudy day, a big cup of tea and a terrific book…oh, and the fireplace. Love having a fire.

As we head toward summer and the hot weather on its way, don’t forget to check out the new books listed here on the site and if there are still some of my ebooks you haven’t tried, I hope you do. Because what’s better than sitting in the shade, a tall glass of iced tea nearby and a great book?

Books go with every season. I hope you’re all enjoying the spring and I hope you drop by my FaceBook page to say hi once in a while.

I promise not to be gone so long!!

Happy Reading,

Maureen
